How a business teacher ended up running backends
I started out as a high school business and health teacher. After my second mat leave, I built an Arbonne business, found out I loved the coaching side most, and moved into life coaching, right up until burnout made me rethink everything.
Before I ever touched anyone else's backend, I took a course to build my own and realized I was really good at it. Then I spent three years inside an online business, starting in customer service and ending up running the whole operation behind the scenes until the day it sold.
Now, with 6+ years inside multi 5, 6, and 7 figure businesses behind me, I build and run the backend for women who have built something real. I also co-run the Build Lab with Robyn Savage: she leads brand strategy and messaging, and I lead the tech and systems.

AI that sounds like you. I train AI on your brand voice, so your ideas turn into posts, emails, and launch copy without hours of back and forth editing.
I flag what doesn't make sense. A VA takes the task and does it. I look at the gaps around the task, and I'll tell you when something is on the wrong platform or when the list itself needs to change.
A Few Things About Me...✓ I'm a wife, a mom of two athletes, and an over-volunteer. I've spent 11 years on my kids' school parent council, and yes, I'm known as the organized one.
✓ Ringette, flag football, basketball, and softball keep our family busy, and I wouldn't trade a second of it. After running my first half-marathon at 45, I have now added “very average runner” to the list of things that keep me busy.
✓ I'm a wellness junkie. Running, yoga, supplements, and a bit OCD at tracking my sleep and nervous system on my Garmin, because systems work on humans too.
✓ I don't drink coffee (shocking, I know), but I swear by Arbonne Energy Fizz and "pure Mani Gen momentum" to keep me moving. That’s my Human Design - go goggle it LOL
✓ I still get called back to substitute teach high school, and sometimes I say yes.
✓ 90s hip hop in the car, a book on the go, and a little goofy once you get me talking.
✓ I move fast, think big, and love getting things done before most people finish the planning stage.
Why I Do This Work
